Do I need to pay for property and transference title taxes?
Yes, in most real estate projects in the country it is necessary to pay for transference title tax, property purchase tax, capital gains tax, rental income tax and al legal services pertinent to fulfill such norms.
However, our project is confined by the authority of CONFOTOUR, law 158-01 to offer exemption from these taxes for a period of ten (10) years.
